Local Shipping

After your payment has been verified and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

All orders will be processed and shipped Monday – Thursday from 9am – 6pm, and Friday from 9am – 12 noon. All orders placed after 12 noon on Friday will be processed the following week.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Orders may not be sent to P.O. Boxes. Please email info@tsurajewellery.com if you would like your order sent to a P.O. Box address and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We truly appreciate your support of our work. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to resolve it.


 

International Shipping

For all international shipments we use Federal Express, who provide customs clearance and door-to- door delivery service usually within 1-5 business days, however these days due to the current situation, shipping may take a little longer. We have worked with them to get an average flat rate for shipping worldwide.

Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. The recipient is responsible for the payment of duties and import taxes and these fees will be collected at the time of delivery.

The shipping cost for all international orders is non refundable.
If your country is not available to ship to, please email info@tsurajewellery.com and we will be happy to assist you with your purchase.

We are unable at this time to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please email info@tsurajewellery.com if you would like your order shipped to a P.O. Box and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
