Payment

We currently accept payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment
will be debited and cleared from your account upon order confirmation. In filling out
the payment requirements, you confirm that you are an authorized user of the
credit/debit card. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and
authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the credit/debit card rejects
authorization of payment to Tsura Pte. Ltd., we will not be held liable for any delay
or non-delivery.


 

Return Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for online purchases. However, there are certain exceptions to this, feel free to contact info@tsurajewellery.com to discuss your particular situation. In some cases we can allow exchanges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.


 

Made To Order

All our pieces are handmade with love and care, so they take some time to make. We fulfill orders within 8-10 weeks, however, if there is any delay or if items are ready sooner, our team will be in contact to let you know. Please note that for custom order items, we require payment in full. All orders including custom sizes for rings are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
